Job Description

– Provide assistance to end-users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
– Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
– Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system backups, updates, and patches.
– Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure the security and integrity of data transmission.
– Any other task assigned by Campus Head and Higher Management.
– Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
