Responsibilities & Requirements:
– Supervise and lead a team of security guards, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
– Provide ongoing training and development for security staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle situations.
– Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to maintain a high level of safety.
– Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
